I've had driveways poured since the sixties, and I'll tell you what — the standard has only gone up. William and his team came out to do our resin work, and from the moment they arrived, you could see they knew what they were doing. No faffing about, no shortcuts, just straightforward professional work. The surface came out smooth as glass, and three months on it's held up beautifully through the Belfast weather. What struck me most was how tidy they kept the job. At my age you notice these things. I'd use Technique again without hesitation, and I'd recommend them to anyone in the area looking for someone who takes pride in what they do.
William and his team completed work on our rear garden some months ago now, and I find myself still impressed by what they've delivered. The specification we agreed upon was straightforward enough — new steps down from the kitchen door and a generous patio area laid in sandstone. What strikes me, subsequently, is not merely that the work was finished on schedule and to budget, but rather the manner in which it was executed. The ground preparation was thorough, the levels were precise, and the jointing throughout is uniform and clean. Furthermore, the steps themselves have a proper edge, properly finished, and the overall drainage falls away as it ought to. I spent thirty-seven years in manufacturing, and one develops an eye for workmanship. The materials are holding up well through our Lisburn winters without issue. The crew were courteous and left the site in an orderly state each day. That level of attention to detail, I must say, is becoming rather rare in this line of work. Technique Driveways has earned their reputation.
Obsessed! William and the crew literally transformed our front with this block paving job! The whole thing looks so clean and professional — like genuinely no messy edges or dodgy bits. They were proper organised the whole time, knew exactly what they were doing, and the end result is just stunning. Our driveway went from tragic to absolutely gorgeous! Ran, don't walk if you need driveways done. Technique Driveways is the move!
william and the crew laid it perfectly. fair price, clean job, looks class.
What strikes me most about Technique Driveways is their consistency; having had previous bad experiences with contractors who overpromise and underdeliver, I approached this project with measured expectations. William and his team arrived on schedule, executed the tarmac installation with genuine attention to detail, and left the site cleaner than I'd anticipated. The finished surface is exactly what was specified — no surprises, no shortcuts, no pressure to upsell unnecessary treatments. I've since researched comparable work in the Belfast area, and their pricing reflects the quality of the output rather than inflated margins. What I value most is that they treated this as a straightforward job done properly, not as an opportunity for complications. I'll absolutely use them again for the patio work we're planning next year; there's genuine peace of mind in knowing who to call when you need reliable, competent work.
William and his crew were punctual to the day — that alone sets them apart in this line of work. They showed up Monday morning as promised, and the patio and lawn work was completed by Friday without any faffing about. On a commercial property portfolio perspective, that's exactly what you need: a contractor who respects schedule and doesn't balloon timescales.
The porcelain tiled patio looks professional, and the new lawn's been laid properly with decent drainage consideration. Pricing was fair for the spec — not the cheapest quote I got, but not overpriced either. My only minor gripe is the site cleanup could have been slightly more thorough; there were some stray stone fragments left in the borders that I had to clear myself. Nothing major, but worth noting.
Technique Drives operates the way a business should. Reliable, straightforward, no drama.
william and the crew turned up bang on time, which honestly never happens! the new driveway looks absolutely brilliant and the whole thing stayed tidy throughout — no mess left behind like you sometimes get. only thing is they quoted a wee bit higher than one other place, but you can tell the difference in the finish. definitely worth it and i'd use them again. already showing everyone the photos in the neighbourhood group 🙌
Look, I'll be straight with you, I've had a fair few cowboys through my garden over the years, and after the last lot left me with a wonky job back in 2015, I was in no rush to trust another crew with the back garden, you know how it is, but my wife was on at me something fierce about getting that old cracked patio sorted before we had the grandkids round for summer, so I made some calls and got Technique out for a quote, and William came himself which impressed me straightaway because most of these lads send some apprentice who doesn't know a thing, but William walked through it, explained what needed doing, no nonsense, no pressure, and when the crew turned up they just got on with it, didn't leave mess everywhere like you'd expect, cleared as they went which is rare these days, the new patio looks absolutely first class and honestly it's transformed the whole feel of the back, and I won't lie I was expecting them to find problems underneath and start adding charges but they didn't, they were honest about what was needed and got it done proper like, would definitely have them back if anything else needs doing and I've already told the neighbours about them because you don't often find tradesmen you can actually trust in Lisburn anymore.
I cannot thank William and the team at Technique Driveways enough. My mother has mobility issues, and I was genuinely stressed about getting our old driveway sorted — worried it would be disruptive, messy, expensive. From the first conversation, they were honest about costs and timing, and they delivered exactly what they promised. The new tarmac looks brilliant, the lads were respectful in the house, and Mum felt safe the whole time they were working. It's made such a difference to her independence. I'd absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to two neighbours. A weight off my shoulders, truly.
My neighbour used someone else last year and had to have theirs redone within eighteen months. William's crew laid ours in October and it's held up perfectly through the winter. Punctual. Clean. Communicated when they said they would. Only minor thing: took longer than initially quoted, but the finish is solid so I can't complain. Would use again.
Third time we've used Technique Driveways now, and William and the team never disappoint. After the driveway work a few years back and then the side path, we decided to bite the bullet on a proper patio. The porcelain tiling looks absolutley stunning — clean lines, proper finish, no faffing about. Crew were tidy, professional, turned up when they said they would. You know where you stand with them, which matters at our age. We'll be back when the front needs doing. That's all you need to know really.
Obsessed with how this turned out! William and the team laid the resin last month and honestly it's literally saved my life—no more puddles, looks so sleek, and the whole process was clean and stress-free. They showed up on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and the finish is immaculate! The colour choice they suggested works perfectly with the house. Ran, don't walk if you're thinking about this—would use Technique Drives again in a heartbeat! 5 stars, no quesitons asked!
I've had driveways poured since the sixties, and I can tell you when a job's done properly. William and his crew came out, assessed what needed doing, and got straight to work without any faffing about. The concrete they laid is level, smooth, and shows no signs of cracking or settling even through the winter freeze we've had. The surface has that pleasing grey finish that won't look shabby in five years. What impressed me most was the tidiness—they cleaned up after themselves properly, not like some contractors who leave you sweeping for weeks. The price was fair for the quality of work, and they finished when they said they would. That's worth its weight in gold at my age.
My neighbour had a block paving job done two years ago by another firm in Lisburn, and frankly, it's aged poorly — uneven in places, weeds coming through the joints. When we decided on a limestone patio, I was determined not to repeat that mistake. William and the team at Technique Drives delivered something altogether different. The limestone is laid properly, joints are tight, and the finish is level across the entire space. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the work itself, but how they managed the site — minimal fuss, cleaned up daily, and finished on schedule. The patio looks as good now as it did on completion day. I'd use them again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone considering similar work.
what a relief to have it done. the driveway was cracking something terrible and i was dreading the whole process but William and the team made me feel so safe having them in the house. such nice people they are. the new surface looks beautiful and its held up lovely through the weather. didnt break the bank either which was a worry at my age but they were fair with the pricing. cant ask for better than that
patio looks class and the lawn's taken well. crew were tidy, no mess left behind. only thing is they finished a day later than the original estimate, but wasn't a massive deal. did a good job. fair price.
So happy with how our driveway turned out!! William and the team absolutely nailed it — the surface looks immaculate, proper finished job with no mess left behind whatsoever! We were worried about how tar and chip would hold up, but honestly its been flawless through the weather and just looks so smart from the street. The crew were efficient, turned up on time, and didnt fuss about moving our cars or anything. Literally obsessed with how clean they left everything — we werent expecting that level of care! Cost was fair too, way better than we anticipated. If youre on the fence about Technique, just book them in! ⭐
William's crew came out, measured it up properly, quoted fair, and got it done when they said they would. The porcelain tiles are laid dead level and the finish looks clean. No mess left behind. Surface is solid underfoot and handles the rain without pooling. Kids are actually using the space now instead of just looking at rough concrete. That's the job done right there.
William turned up when he said he would, sorted the whole job without faffing about, and gave me an invoice that matched the quote to the penny. I've two commercial properties and I've learned the hard way that punctuality costs money. Technique Drives didnt mess about and didnt pad the bill. Thats rare enough in this game to mention.
We'd been looking at the back garden for ages, you know, thinking what could we do with it, and anyway, we decided a nice patio would be just the thing. William and the team at Technique Driveways came round on a grey Tuesday morning, measured everything up properly, explained what limestone would look like and how it'd weather. No pressure, just straightforward. They arrived on the day, got started early, and the work was meticulous — the way they prepared the base, got the levels spot on, and laid those stones so they're perfectly flush. Lovely to watch, honestly. It's been a month now and the patio looks absolutely fresh, the limestone's settled beautifully, and it's become our favourite spot for a cup of tea in the afternoon. The whole area's so much brighter. Bill was around checking on things, making sure we were happy, and the lads kept the site tidy throughout. Not a fuss, just a job done right.
William came out to quote the job and spotted straight away that the old drainage was shot underneath. Could've just laid the gravel and taken the money, but he explained what would happen come winter — water pooling, the lot. So we went ahead with sorting that first. The whole thing took a bit longer than expected, but he was honest about it from the start and didn't mess about with hidden charges. Crew were tidy, didn't leave a mess for me to find between school runs and work calls. The driveway looks smart now, proper finished. No loose stones spilling onto the road like some jobs I've seen. It's holding up well through the wet weather we've had. Fair pricing and they actually listened when I said I needed the work done around my schedule. That's rare enough these days. 👍
What struck me most about Technique Driveways was how thorough William and his team were with the cleanup afterwards. I've had work done on the house before, and you always expect a certain amount of mess — dust, stone offcuts, that sort of thing. But this job was different. Once the sandstone patio was laid and properly finished, they didn't just pack up and leave rubble scattered about. They swept the entire area methodically, cleared away every bit of excess mortar from the surrounding grass, and even pressure-washed the edges where the patio meets the house. 📐
My neighbour had remarked she'd seen their van here and asked what the state of the garden looked like mid-project. I had to admit it was fairly untidy, but I told her to wait and see the finish. When William's crew left, you'd barely know they'd been there except for the beautiful new patio itself. That level of care in how they leave your property — not just in how the work looks, but in respecting your space — says everything about a professional outfit. It's the sort of thing homeowners don't always factor in, but you absolutely notice it. Very impressed indeed 👍
Honestly, I rang William on a Tuesday afternoon. Got a quote within two days. Work started the following Monday—crew arrived 8:30am sharp. They took out the old surface, prepped everything, and laid new tarmac. Three days total. The thing is, they were methodical about it—no rushing, no mess left on the street. William checked in halfway through. Price was fair compared to the others I'd rung. Driveway looks fresh and clean. Sorted.
Got three quotes before committing, and Technique's price was competitive without feeling like they'd cut corners. William's team laid a porcelain patio in the back garden over two days—finished surface is crisp, level, and genuinely looks better than the renders I reviewed beforehand. Their booking system was straightforward; communication stayed solid throughout. One minor thing: they left a small section of the old base material exposed at the rear edge, which I had to flag. Rectified same day, no fuss. The patio itself functions perfectly—good drainage, no movement, stands up to foot traffic already. I'd use them again.
Third time we've used William and the team — they've done our patio, the side path, and now this driveway. Finished it off beautifully, tidy crew, and it's wearing great already.
We've lived in this house for forty-three years, and I finally got round to doing something about that shabby old concrete. William and his crew came out, explained everything properly without talking down to me, and got on with it. The porcelain tiles they laid are just beautiful — clean lines, no mess left behind, and they've held up perfectly through the winter. My son visited from England last month and couldn't believe the difference it's made to the back garden. Fair pricing too, nothing hidden. I've already recommended Technique Drives to my neighbour. If you want a proper job done by people who actually care, this is the company.
Had three people quote it, but William's team were the ones who really listened to what I wanted. The driveway's transformed the front of the house—looks immaculate and it hasnt cracked or faded in months, which matters when you're on a fixed pension.
William and the team at Technique Driveways transformed our back garden in early September — messaged him on WhatsApp on the 3rd, they were out measuring by the 8th, and started work the following Monday. The porcelain tiles look absolutely stunning, laid dead level with pristine grouting, and they cleaned up every speck before leaving. Only minor niggle was they ran about two hours over on the final day without giving us a heads-up beforehand, but honestly the quality speaks for itself. Would absolutely use them again.
We'd been meaning to get this done for years, truth be told. The old driveway had seen better days — cracks everywhere, a few weeds pushing through — and every time I mentioned it to the wife, she'd roll her eyes and say the neighbours were probably judging us. You know how it is. So when I finally got round to ringing around for quotes, I was bracing myself for the usual song and dance: cowboys turning up late, leaving a mess, disappearing for weeks. My brother-in-law had used some outfit from Belfast two years back on his patio, and they left the place looking like a bomb site for a fortnight. When William from Technique Driveways came out for the survey, he was straightforward about timescale and cost — no waffle. The crew that showed up were prompt, professional, and didnt spend half the day on their phones. They got the old surface stripped, prepared the base properly, and laid the new tarmac with proper attention. The finish is smooth, even, and the edges are clean. No spillage on the lawn, no damage to the fence. It's held up brilliantly through the winter weather too. Compared to what I'd seen elsewhere, this was a different class entirely. So there you go.
Hired Technique Driveways for a porcelain patio at my retail unit in Lisburn, and I've since used them at my home as well. William spotted that the old concrete base had settled unevenly on one side — would've meant the porcelain wouldn't sit right — so he flagged it early and sorted it without faffing about or running up the bill. The finished patio looks sharp, level, and it's holding up well through the weather. Invoice was clear and fair. Would definitely use them again.
Our old tarmac had been slowly falling apart for years — nothing dramatic, just the usual surface cracks and a couple of soft patches near the garage. We'd been putting off getting it sorted, but when I finally rang Technique Driveways in late February, William was straightforward about what needed doing. He came out on a Thursday afternoon around 3 p.m., had a proper look at the whole thing, and gave us a quote that didn't feel inflated.
The job was scheduled for mid-March. I texted William the week before to confirm, and he replied via WhatsApp that same evening with the exact date and a rough start time. What I didn't expect was what his crew found once they'd started breaking up the old surface — there was a dodgy bit of subsidence running along the left edge, probably from poor drainage underneath from the original installation years ago. Most contractors would've just levelled it off and moved on, but William's lads flagged it straightaway and actually sorted the drainage issue before laying the new tarmac. They explained what they were doing without making a song and dance about it 😊
The whole job took three days. The crew were tidy, punctual (arrived at 8 a.m. sharp each morning), and the finished surface is genuinely smooth. It's transformed the front of the house. They even cleared all the loose stones and debris before leaving.
I'd use them again without hesitation, and I've already recommended them to two neighbours who've been asking about their own driveways.
William and his team laid a new porcelain patio at the back of my house. Since my husband passed, I've been careful about who I let into the home, but they were straightforward from the start. No pressure, no rushing me through decisions. The patio itself is finished beautifully — level, clean edges, and it's held up well through the Belfast weather. I use it most mornings with my coffee. Work was tidy, they cleaned up properly each day. That matters when you're on your own.
Technique Driveways completed our back garden patio in early September. The sandstone work is solid—clean lines, proper drainage fall, and the finish sits level throughout. William's crew was punctual and kept the site tidy. Work took three days start to finish, which matched the quote. The only minor point: they didn't quite manage to remove all the sand dust from the garden furniture before leaving, though that's a small thing. The patio functions well and looks professional. Would book them again for the driveway work we're planning next year. Recommended.
Got three quotes for the driveway. Technique Drives came in at a fair price — quoted £4,200, paid £4,200, no surprises. William and his crew turned up when they said they would, worked methodically, and left the site clean. The resin finish has held up well over six months. Would happily use them again if we need patio work done. Reliable outfit.
Had Technique Driveways in to do our back garden — new porcelain patio and reseeded lawn. William and his crew were reliable, turned up when they said they would, and the finished patio looks sharp. Colour's held well and it's level without any lippage issues. The lawn's taken nicely too. Price was fair for what you get. Only thing I'd mention is the cleanup could've been a touch more thorough around the borders, bit of dust lingered for a few days. Minor really. Would use them again.
William and the team at Technique Drives sorted our front out last summer, and honestly I've been meaning to write this for months. We'd had the old tarmac looking dodgy for a while, cracking up something fierce, so we decided on gravel instead, bit less formal looking for our place. The lads were dead professional about it all, turned up when they said they would, got on with the work without making a song and dance. They cleared everything properly, laid it out neat as you like, and the driveway looks lovely now, especially on a bright morning. Would recommend them without hesitation, anyway, if you're thinking about having work done. Only thing I'd mention is they could've maybe given us a bit more detail on the maintenance side beforehand, but that's a small thing really. We'll definitely have them back if we need any more work done, they're reliable folk and honest prices too.
What struck me most about Technique Drives wasn't just the finished patio — though it's absolutely stunning — but rather how William and his team managed the sheer disruption of having a crew on site for five days straight. I work from home, and I was genuinely worried about noise, dust getting through the windows, the general chaos. Instead, they arrived at 7:45 every morning without fail, laid out protective sheeting before touching anything, and by 4 p.m. each day the site was swept clean. My two cats were anxious at first, but the lads were patient with them; no doors left open, no shortcuts taken. The porcelain tiling itself is flawless — clean grout lines, perfectly leveled, no lippage at all. William checked in on progress twice during the week, asked sensible questions about drainage and future maintenance, and actually listened when I mentioned concerns about the slope near the garden door. They finished on schedule, removed all their kit methodically, and left the garden looking better than it had in years. I've had contractors before who disappear and leave you with a mess to sort. This wasn't that. Would use them again without hesitation.
our drive looks absolutely brilliant now, honestly 🙌 william and the crew were so tidy throughout, didnt leave mess everywhere like you'd worry about. the finish is proper smart — nice texture, holds up well in the rain, and the neighbours have been asking who did it! only tiny thing is they couldnt quite match the exact shade at the edges where the old met new, but you'd only notice if you're really looking. already posted pics to the residents group and everyone's asking for the number ❤️ proper job.
William quoted us in early March for a porcelain tiled patio to replace the worn flagstones at the back. The price was competitive and the timeline was clear—work to begin mid-April, weather permitting. They started on the 15th. The crew arrived at 8 a.m. sharp each morning and worked through systematically: base preparation took two days, then the porcelain went down over three days with proper spacing and levelling. By day six, it was sealed and finished. The whole job ran to schedule without fuss. What struck me was the attention to the edges—they've cut each tile cleanly rather than leaving gaps or using excess grout. The surface is perfectly level, no lippage, and the colour match to the house is exactly what we'd discussed. They cleaned up daily, which mattered given we've got young grandchildren visiting. It's five stars because the work itself is sound and Technique Drives delivered what they promised without drama or overruns. That's rarer than it should be.
Had three people quote it before I settled on Technique Driveways. What really stood out wasnt just the price, though it was fair enough, but how William kept me in the loop throughout. My son was worried Id been left in the lurch after my husband passed, so I appreciated someone who actually answered the phone and explained what was happening each day. The crew turned up when they said they would, and the whole thing was done without fuss. I'd use them again without hesitation.
Had Technique Drives lay a porcelain tiled patio and resurface the front driveway on one of my rental properties in East Belfast. William identified a buried drainage issue the previous contractor had left unresolved — would have caused problems down the line. He sorted it properly without inflating the quote. Work was clean, finished on schedule, and the pricing was fair for the scope. The finish looks professional. Reliable operator.
I dreaded this project for months, honestly. The old patio was falling apart and I didnt know where to start. Then William came round for a quote and just put me at ease straightaway — he walked me through everything without making it sound complicated, and the price was fair. The crew turned up on time, worked steadily, and the whole thing was sorted within the timeframe he'd promised. The new porcelain looks brilliant, and they left the place spotless. No mess, no drama. I'd have them back in a heartbeat if I ever need work done again. That's the thing with Technique — you're not just getting a job done, you're getting people who actually care about doing it right. Worth every penny.
Booked Technique Driveways for a new porcelain tiled patio in March. The crew showed up on schedule, which matters more than people think. Work was finished in four days, timeline was communicated clearly beforehand. The patio itself looks clean and level. However, there was noticeably more dust left on the garden furniture and fence than I'd expected — took a couple of hours to properly clean up afterwards. Overall, I'd use them again and would recommend to others in the area.
William's team finished on schedule and the driveway looks sharp. Only minor point: they could've given clearer guidance on the curing timeline beforehand. Would use again.
William and the crew made quick work of our old driveway — finished in two days without disrupting my work calls or the school runs, which I appreciated. New surface looks smart and the pricing was fair for what you get. Only minor thing: they could've flagged the maintenance schedule upfront rather than me having to ask. Still, solid job. 👍
William and the team laid our porcelain patio last month, and I'd argue it's transformed the rear entirely—clean work, no fuss, finished on schedule, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself.
We'd been meaning to get this done for years — genuinely years. The old surface had become a patchwork of cracks and weeds, and every time someone pulled in I'd catch myself making excuses about it. The house itself is a 1970s semi out past Ballyhackamore, solid bones but nothing fancy, and I suppose I'd convinced myself the driveway was one of those jobs that would bankrupt us. Then my wife finally put her foot down after the neighbour had his done, and we got William out for a quote. What struck me most, if I'm honest, was the sheer relief when the lads from Technique Drives actually got started. No faffing about, no delays. They arrived on the day they said they would, got stuck in straightaway, and within what felt like no time at all — though it was probably a few days of proper graft — we had a proper driveway again. Fresh asphalt, dark and smart, the sort of thing that actually looks like someone cares for the place. My wife keeps standing at the window looking at it. I find myself looking at it too when I come home from work. It's ridiculous how much better the whole front of the house looks now. The crew were tidy about it, cleaned up after themselves, and the whole thing just feels done properly. That's the thing that got me most — not that it's expensive or complicated, just that it's solid work by people who know what they're doing. So there you go.
Got three quotes for the back garden work. Technique Driveways came in competitive — not the cheapest, but the most detailed breakdown. William sent the estimate through email straightaway, which was helpful for comparing specs. Started mid-September, took eight days with the prep and base work included. Crew turned up on schedule each morning, finished by late afternoon. The porcelain tiles are level and the grouting's clean. No mess left behind. Would use them again if we expand the patio next year.
My neighbour across the street had work done by another outfit last year - cost a fortune and the fence was leaning within months. When William came out to quote for my place, I was honestly wary. But he and the lads got stuck in properly. The fencing is solid, dead straight, and the new lawn they laid has taken beautifully. My grandchildren were here last month and could actually play out without me worrying about the old fence giving way. The crew were tidy workers, kept to themselves, got it done on time. Would have William back without hesitation.
William and his team completed our back patio in porcelain tiling over the course of a fortnight, and the finished article speaks for itself. What strikes me most, having spent forty years in engineering, is the precision of the laying. The joints are uniform throughout, the fall for drainage is subtle but evidently calculated, and the surface is entirely level — one runs a spirit level across it out of habit, and it simply does not shift. Furthermore, the colour consistency across the tiles is remarkable; one would not expect such uniformity without proper quality control at source, yet Technique sourced excellent stock. The pavers themselves are substantial and slip-resistant, which matters considerably when the weather turns wet, as it does rather frequently here in Carrickfergus. Subsequently, we have had no movement, no lippage, no drainage pooling. The crew kept the site orderly throughout, disposed of waste properly, and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. The cost was fair — I obtained two other quotations before engaging Technique, and theirs represented genuine value rather than the cheapest option. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them without reservation to anyone considering porcelain work in the area.
Used to lay stone myself years back, so I know what proper prep and execution looks like. William's crew didnt cut corners on the base work—that's where most outfits fall short. The limestone's laid flat, joints are consistent, and the fall for drainage is spot on. Six months in, no settling or lippage. Fair pricing too, which matters when you're not desperate. Would use them again.
The cleanup after William and his team finished was honestly what made me trust Technique Drives completely. Most contractors leave you with scattered debris, dust everywhere, and you're basically sweeping for days. Not these lads. They cleared every last bit of the old patio, hoovered the joins, and left my garden immaculate ✨ I actually took before and after photos because the transformation was so visual — not just the new porcelain tiles (which are stunning btw) but how tidy the whole space felt afterwards. It sounds like a small thing but it shows real professionalism. Would definitely use them again and have already recomended them to neighbours. William was clear about what to expect and the crew stuck to it. That kind of attention matters.
William and his crew came to do our back patio and I must say they were such nice people. They turned up on time every morning and just got on with it proper like. Made me feel safe having them in the house. The new porcelain looks beautiful and theyre so careful about the edges and levels. Its transformed the garden really it has
I'd argue that choosing the right contractor matters far more than most homeowners realise, which is why I spent considerable time researching options before engaging Technique Driveways. We selected block paving over tarmac because we wanted longevity and visual character—and William's team delivered precisely that. The workmanship is genuinely impressive: clean lines, proper drainage consideration, no shortcuts. The crew were punctual, professional, and left the site tidy each evening. In fairness, the timeline did slip by about three days due to weather, though communication throughout was transparent and unavoidable. I'd use them again without hesitation. They're the sort of firm you'd confidently recomend to a neighbour.
Got a quote from William in early March — absolutely brilliant to work with from that first call!! He quoted me £2,400 for the full asphalt job, gave me a date of 18th March, and literally stuck to it. The crew arrived 8am sharp, spent the day prepping the base and laying the new surface. Finished by 4:30pm. So happy with how it's turned out — smooth finish, edges are clean, no mess left behind. They even swept up the surrounding area!! The whole process from initial contact to completion took about three weeks, which was exactly what William said. Professional outfit, genuinely!
i don't usually bother with these but thought i'd mention it. william and his team came in and laid a proper porcelain patio for us — looks smart and the work was clean throughout. they were reliable, showed up when they said they would, and got on with the job without faffing about. my only thing is they left a couple of tiles with hairline marks that aren't obvious unless you're looking, but it's the sort of thing that wouldn't stop me calling them again. solid craftsmanship and fair enough.
Relief doesn't cover it. Driveway looked like a war zone for two years and I kept putting it off. William quoted, I said yes, and four days later it was done. Proper job. Crew were tidy, no mess left behind, and the finished drive actually looks decent now instead of crumbling to bits. Fair price too—not the cheapest but not taking the piss either. Did what they said, when they said. That's all you want really.
